These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Signature Design Studio website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Signature Design Studio provides custom handcrafted digital signature design services. All designs are created by professional calligraphers and delivered digitally via email. Each design is unique and created specifically for the individual customer based on information provided at the time of order.
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before work commences. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Designs are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 24–48 hours. Delivery times may vary based on order volume. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your signature design. Revision requests must be communicated via email within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal, worldwide license to use the delivered signature design for personal and professional purposes. Signature Design Studio retains the right to display your design in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as permitted by applicable law, and you waive any right to a jury trial.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
