We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Scope of Work for Signature Design Packages: Each package includes the scope of services as described on the product page. Per order, customers receive a maximum of 2 sets of iterations: first iteration includes 4-5 design options, and second iteration provides 1-5 additional designs based on customer feedback. Additional revisions, services, or customizations beyond these iterations will incur extra charges. Delivery timelines for designs are detailed on the product page. Delays caused by incomplete information or non-responsiveness from the client are not our responsibility.
Intellectual Property: Ownership of the final design(s) is transferred to the client upon full payment. Until then, SIGNATURE DESIGN retains ownership of all design assets. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files transfers to the customer for personal and commercial use. SIGNATURE DESIGN retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, design templates, or proprietary tools used in creation.
For digital products or Services, delivery is fulfilled electronically to the email address or WhatsApp number provided during purchase. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
Refunds and returns are governed by our REFUND POLICY. Please review it. Custom design packages are non-refundable once work has begun. Revision policies are clearly outlined with each package. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.
Refunds and Cancellations: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued once work has commenced or the final design has been delivered. Requests based on dissatisfaction, subjective taste, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds. Any exceptions granted are discretionary gestures of goodwill and do not create precedent or override these terms.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and account information for all purchases. SIGNATURE DESIGN reserves the right to cancel or limit orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as-is” basis. Your use of these tools is at your own risk, and SIGNATURE DESIGN shall not be held liable for their performance or functionality.
Third-party links on our site are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content. Any transactions with third-party websites are at your discretion.

While we take all reasonable measures to deliver quality services, SIGNATURE DESIGN disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the delivered signature.
You agree to indemnify and hold SIGNATURE DESIGN harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights. This includes claims relating to the use, misuse, or modification of the digital signature after its delivery.
SIGNATURE DESIGN is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith mediation or arbitration. Legal action may only be pursued after unsuccessful resolution attempts via these alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.
We respect our customers' privacy and confidentiality. Once a digital signature design is delivered, all customer signature-related information, including design files, is permanently deleted from our database. We do not retain any records of the design or associated signature-related data. However, other non-signature-related customer information may be retained for record-keeping or administrative purposes.
Upon delivery of the digital signature design, the customer assumes full responsibility for its usage, storage, and any associated risks. SIGNATURE DESIGN shall not be held liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, or replication of the delivered signature by third parties.
By availing of our services, customers acknowledge and agree that SIGNATURE DESIGN does not monitor or control the subsequent usage of the delivered signature. Customers are solely responsible for securing and safeguarding their digital signature.
We do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the uniqueness or invulnerability of the delivered digital signature against replication, forgery, or misuse by third parties.
Any exceptions or accommodations made by SIGNATURE DESIGN (such as goodwill gestures or additional revisions) shall not be construed as waiver or amendment of these Terms or any part thereof.
Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and design information. SIGNATURE DESIGN shall not be responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied errors or delays caused by incomplete information.
Customers are advised to take all necessary precautions to secure their digital signature after delivery, including using encryption and safe storage practices. SIGNATURE DESIGN is not liable for any third-party access or misuse of the signature after delivery.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates.
The astrological insights and information used to create our signature design packages are proprietary intellectual property. While we aim to provide the highest quality designs based on astrological inputs from our expert astrologers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or specific outcomes of these personalized signatures. We are committed to delivering our best effort, but we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction, inaccuracies, or consequences resulting from the use of our signature design packages.
Orders will be automatically closed and cannot be reinstated if customers fail to respond within 10 days of our last communication. Any response we provide after this 10-day period is purely at our discretion and provided as a goodwill gesture, not as an obligation under these terms.
The video tutorial provided as part of any package is intended as a guide to help you practice and replicate your new signature. This tutorial is included in your package but is sent only upon request. If you would like to receive the video tutorial, simply ask for it via email, WhatsApp, or any communication channel we're using. Once requested, it will be sent to your email address. The format of this video—which may include a screen recording, a hand-drawn demonstration, or another method—is at the sole discretion of SIGNATURE DESIGN and will be determined based on our operational capabilities at the time of delivery. We make no guarantees regarding the specific format or style of the video tutorial but will ensure it serves its instructional purpose. Effective from September 19, 2025.
We are committed to delivering your initial signature design concepts within 48 hours of your order placement. While we strive to complete any requested revisions within 1-2 business days, please be aware that the revision process may take up to a maximum of one week, depending on the complexity of the request and our operational capacity. We appreciate your patience as we work to perfect your signature.
All communication regarding your order, including any issues or revision requests, must be conducted through our official channels: email or WhatsApp. We expect all customers to maintain a professional and respectful tone in their communications. The use of vulgar, abusive, or threatening language will not be tolerated. SIGNATURE DESIGN reserves the right to immediately cease communication, block the customer, and terminate all services without a refund if such conduct occurs.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for communications and design deliveries from SIGNATURE DESIGN. As we state on our post-purchase page, emails may occasionally be filtered into spam. SIGNATURE DESIGN is not liable for any delays, missed deadlines, or issues arising from a customer's failure to check all folders within their email client. Our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled once the email has been sent to the address provided by the customer.
